NOVUM PLUS d.o.o. (hereinafter: NOVUM PLUS) respects your privacy during and after your visit to this website and takes all necessary technical and organizational measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EC 2016/679) of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) and the Law on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection (Official Gazette 44/2018).

The privacy policy applies exclusively to data collected through the official website of NOVUM PLUS (hereinafter: the Site) and to data resulting from its use by NOVUM PLUS, and does not apply to data collected through any other source.

Type of Personal Data that we collect and process
NOVUM PLUS processes Personal Data that are crucial for the execution of the business relationship. In addition to the above, we collect additional data from publicly available sources, if the same is necessary for the execution of certain business activities and not related to a specific contractual or business relationship, and from other contractual partners or third parties.
The moment of collecting your Personal Data
We collect, process and store your personal data when filling out and sending the contact form published on the Site, sending requests for additional information about the offer, including your properties in our offer and leaving your Personal Data for the purpose of return contact.
Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing Personal Data
When providing your Personal Data on the Site, we collect and process them in accordance with these Privacy Rules for the purpose for which they were collected. The processing of your Personal Data includes:

NOVUM PLUS undertakes to keep your Personal Data safe and not to transfer it or make it available to third parties without your consent, except for:

We keep your Personal Data for as long as is necessary and necessary to achieve the purposes described in section four. Personal data will be processed until you exercise your right to object or restrict processing. In a situation where your Personal Data will no longer be needed to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose, then they will be destroyed, except when further storage and processing of Personal Data is prescribed by a special law.
Your rights under the GDPR
NOVUM PLUS is obliged, in accordance and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to allow better control over Personal Data primarily in the case of easier access and correction or deletion (right to be forgotten) of Personal Data or restriction of processing in connection with your Personal Data or the right of an individual to object to relevant processing Personal data and submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. In addition to the above, you have the right to transfer Personal Data to another controller if the processing is carried out automatically and if it is technically satisfactory.
Changing and updating our Privacy Policy
NOVUM PLUS reserves the right to change and update this Privacy Policy. Therefore, please check our changes to this Privacy Policy, which will be published as well as the currently valid Privacy Policy.
